White Label Reputation Management Services for Agencies
We provide reputation-management delivery behind your agency — with agency-facing communication, white-labeled client reporting, and no unsolicited direct contact or marketing to your clients. Where a platform, account-access process, rights-holder request, or regulated workflow requires end-client authorization or participation, that requirement is identified during scoping, not hidden from you.
Why Trust Is the Foundation of a White Label Partnership
Handing a client relationship to an outside vendor is different from outsourcing a task. If the work is weak, inconsistent, or handled carelessly, it doesn’t just fail — it reflects on the agency that recommended it. If a vendor uses the relationship to approach the client directly, the agency’s credibility takes the hit, not the vendor’s.
That’s the risk this partnership model is built to manage. Your agency remains the primary client-facing relationship. Online Reputation Guru does not independently contact or market to your end client. If a specific platform, publisher, account-access process, or regulated workflow requires end-client authorization or participation, we identify that during scoping so your agency can coordinate it appropriately — rather than discovering it mid-engagement.
What Is White Label Reputation Management?
White label reputation management is a partnership model where an agency, consultant, or firm offers reputation management as part of their own service lineup, while the execution — monitoring, review management, search-result work, content strategy, and reporting — is delivered by us behind the scenes. The end client sees your agency’s name on the relationship. Our involvement is not proactively disclosed to them by us.
This differs from a direct referral: in a referral, the client becomes our client and deals with us directly. In a white label partnership, the client relationship stays yours; we function as delivery capacity for a service you don’t have to build in-house.
“White label ORM” and “private label ORM” are often used for similar agency-delivery arrangements, though providers use the terms differently. On this page, both refer to the same underlying model: your agency owns the client relationship, and we provide the agreed execution behind it.
Confidentiality and Client-Relationship Protection
Here’s specifically how it works — and where its limits are.
NDA at the Partnership Level
A mutual NDA is signed when your agency partnership is established — a standing agreement covering all client engagements under that partnership, not renegotiated case by case.
No Unsolicited Outreach
We do not contact your client to market our own services, independent of the white label engagement.
No ORG Branding in Deliverables
Reports and client-facing material carry your agency’s name, not ours.
Internal-Only Communication
Updates and campaign discussion happen between your team and ours, by default.
No Channel Conflict / No Client Solicitation
This is a separate commitment from confidentiality, and the one most white label vendors leave vague: we do not use information received through a white label partnership to solicit your clients for our own direct services. The applicable non-solicitation and channel-conflict terms are included as an explicit clause in the partnership agreement, not treated as an informal promise.

Who Owns What in a White Label ORM Engagement?
The agency remains the client-facing commercial relationship; ORG provides the agreed execution; the end client retains approvals, authorizations, and legal or compliance decisions that can’t be delegated to either party.

Access, Authorizations, and Client Data
Access requirements vary by service. Some work can be completed from public information alone; other tasks may require authenticated account access, platform authorization, or end-client approval. Required access is identified during scoping, before work begins — not assumed or requested mid-engagement.
The partnership agreement should document how client information is handled, who can access it, and retention or deletion terms for regulated or sensitive engagements. This partnership does not replace the agency’s or end client’s own legal, privacy, or compliance responsibilities.
What We Deliver Through Your Agency
Agency-facing communication and client reports can be white-labeled as agreed, while public-facing profiles, content, platform submissions, publisher outreach, or other external assets use the identity and authorization appropriate to that specific workflow.
ORM Capabilities Available Under Your Brand
A generalist white label vendor builds a strategy from scratch for every new client type. We’re drawing on established service areas within our own direct-service architecture instead.
Agencies and Firms We Partner With

How the Partnership Works
Initial Conversation and NDA
We discuss your agency’s needs and sign a mutual NDA at the partnership level, before any client specifics are shared and before any individual client engagement begins.
Scoping
For each client engagement, we assess the situation — including any access or authorization needs — and propose a scope, timeline, and wholesale price.
Agreement
Before work begins, the partnership terms document the commercial scope, engagement length, exit terms, communication boundaries, and any agreed liability, data-handling, confidentiality, and IP provisions.
Execution
We perform the agreed ORM work behind your agency. Client-facing reporting follows the agreed white-label format, while external actions use the identity and authorization appropriate to that workflow.
Agency-Branded Reporting
You receive reports formatted for direct client handoff.
Ongoing Account Management
A dedicated account manager is assigned to your partnership, rather than routing requests through general support.
Engagement and Wholesale Pricing Models
Per-Client Project
Scoped and priced individually for a specific client situation, useful for testing the partnership before a broader commitment.
Retained Wholesale Arrangement
Ongoing capacity across multiple clients at a wholesale rate, so you control your own retail pricing and margin.
Pilot Engagement
Start with a single client, scoped narrowly, before extending the partnership further.
There’s no minimum client volume — agencies can start with a single account and add more as the partnership grows.
White-Labeled Reporting
Client-facing reports are prepared as white-labeled documents for agency handoff — formatted with your branding, with no reference to Online Reputation Guru. Reporting cadence, format, and agency-review steps are agreed during scoping and documented for each engagement.

How This Differs From Working With Us Directly
White label reputation management is a delivery model, not a separate type of reputation problem. If your client works with us directly, they become our client and we communicate with them under our own name — see our core service capabilities for that arrangement. Under white label, the client relationship stays yours; we function as delivery capacity, and our involvement is not proactively disclosed by us.
What We Can’t Guarantee
We cannot guarantee removal of specific content for any client engagement. We assess the removal and correction pathways that appear applicable and pursue appropriate routes within the agreed scope where a legitimate basis exists.
We cannot guarantee every workflow stays invisible to the end client — some platform, publisher, or regulated processes may require their direct authorization or participation, and we surface those requirements rather than hide them.
We cannot guarantee a client will never independently discover a third party was involved. We can commit to not disclosing it ourselves without your authorization.
We cannot guarantee a specific timeline or outcome before scoping a client’s situation.
We do not use tactics designed to violate search-engine or platform policies, under white label arrangements or otherwise.
